Hello!! My name is Jessica Sims. I’m a Realtor in Dayton, and Cincinnati areas. My family and I moved back to the Gratis/Camden area in 2012. After living in the city for a few years, we decided to move back to where we started from good ole Preble County! There’s just something about living in the country that we are drawn to. We enjoy the culture, seasons, people and the available family and outdoor activities offered right here in Preble County and surrounding areas.
I can say am definitely one of the lucky ones for I get to do what I love as work. I love meeting new people, looking at vacant land and exploring homes, and searching for just the right property for my clients. My mission is to be known for taking the time to understand my client’s needs and doing that little extra that’s above and beyond what’s expected. I enjoy the variety that a career in real estate offers and eagerly dive into learning new skills – whether it’s new technology or how to best serve my clients.
I studied at Miami University of Oxford, where I acquired a Science degree in Business Accounting, Marketing and have almost finished my degree in Business Software. The education I received in accounting, marketing and computer technology, gave me a solid foundation for real estate. I was able to quickly master the financial side of real estate sales, as well as the computer skills today’s agent must have.
As a Realtor protecting your best interest first and foremost is my top priority. Whether it’s getting you the best price for your home or finding you the home of your dreams, I will negotiate the best deal on your behalf. In selling your home you must understand that more than 95% of all home buyers go first to the Internet; professional photos and enticing descriptions can make the difference between the home selling success or failure. My marketing plan includes posting listings on more than 150 different real estate portals in addition to my website and the Multiple Listing Service. Once the online marketing for each home is in place, I will focus on off-line marketing and promotions, including direct mail and e-mail campaigns. My attention to details, diligence in accurately and attractively presenting their homes is what sets me apart from others. Buyers when searching for your home I have an abundance of resources to call upon and research to find you the one. When it’s time to relax, I want to be spending time with my husband and kids and the rest of our family. I also enjoy spending time reading, camping and boating.
